Meat and bone stock - hjemmelaget kjøttbuljong

Inspirert av ruskeværet, har jeg kokt kjøttbuljong. En stor pose suppeben har putret under lokk i 12 timer sammen med purre, etpar gulerøtter og litt krydderier. 

Making one's own stock is super easy and very satisfying. The meat bones boiled for 12 hrs along with some carrots, leek and a few spices. The finished liquid was then strained twice and put into containers to freeze.


One portion l saved and watered out
1 part stock, 2 parts water. That is what works best for me.


Homemade meat soup.
Contains a hoast of different vegetables, can vary with the seasons.
The warmth and goodness of this soup stays inside you for a long time on a cold day.


Dessert,
at weekends only ;-).
Big treat this time:
Sponge cake with strawberries and vanilla cream!

Luksus helgedessert:
Sukkerbrød med jordbær og vaniljekrem.

  1. Good rich nourishing bone stock! I learned to make it from watching grandmothers cook. Your soup looks delicious and I'd love a piece of that strawberry dessert!!

  2. Jag beundrar dej att du gör sådant långkok! Jag har inte tålamod att göra sådant! Men jordgubbarna i din kaka där skulle jag kunna tänka mej att ha tålamod att göra!

  5. Jeg liker å lage maten sjøl, men helt ned til kjøtt- og fiskekrafta er jeg ikke kommet enda. Kanskje jeg lar meg inspirere, det blir ikke bedre enn dette! (",)
