Juleverksted - Christmas workshop
The Children have been busy making sweets. My three year old made all this at last weeks family workshop. Did it all by himself bless him :)
Juleverksted her forrige uke, med noen av fetterne, tante, onkel og bestemor. Julegodteri var det vi laget iår. Bildet over viser treåringens produkson, alt laget han helt selv :)
All my childrens` homemade sweets wrapped up or put in pretty jars. Looked really professional :)
Ungenes hjemmelagde godteri pakket i fine poser og glass. Ser ordentlig proft ut :)
Norwegian christmas cookies
(crunchy)
3 dl Sour cream
1/2 kg sugar
Mix together with mixer
600g (possibly more) flour
2tablespoons of hartshorn
(level tablespoons)
Mix these things into the sour cream and sugar.
Leave the dough in the fridge overnight.
Cut our your cookies :)
180 -200 degrees celcius, 5 - 10 mins.
