Høstmat - Autumn food

My version of Cottage Pie

Fry up the mince and 1 chopped onion and boil carrots and broccoli separately.
Boil potatoes for mash.
when the meat and vegetables are ready, turn the pan off and mix in 1 cube of Oxo (just the powder), then gently mix vegetables and meat together.

Put the meat/and vegetable mix in an oven dish and cover with the mashed potatoes.

Brown in the oven (I use the grill function)

Brunes i ovnen, jeg bruker grillfunksjonen.

Serve with brown sauce,
light a candle or two.
My favourite dinne now that the days are drawing in and winter is closing in on us.

Thank you for lovely comments, tusen takk for gode ord.

Pam xx

  3. I like the design you make on your potatoes. Candles are very popular with Scandinavians, aren't they?
