One of the things I love is this little milking stool. See the little ledge on the back? Recon that was to keep ones sit-me-down from slipping off...what do you think :)
A sweet person brought me eggs this morning. In an homemade basket complete with ribbon and and a little tag. So thoughtful and that thought has kept me smiling all day.
New cover from an old flannel sheet for my grans ironing board from the fifties, original cover underneath. Sturdy old thing and virtually unbreakable. Most importantly, it belonged to my dear wonderful gran and I think of her when I use it.
Worlds most lovely flowers
from a little boys hand.
Verdens nydeligste bukett
fra en liten barnehånd.
Fabric stash has been reduced to make some pillows and cloth for outside.
Litt sydd til uteplassen.
Sindy out for a walk - puss watching intently from behind the hedge.
Tulips are finally out!!
Lambs at my friends farm - enjoying freedom and early summer.
Lam på min venninnes gård.
That was my week in pictures, some of it at least.
Wish you all a wonderful weekend and thank you for popping in.
Nydelig helg til dere alle!

SvarSlettfint att den har orginalfärgen kvar.

Hei hei!
Kram/Finas mammis
SvarSlettI had to laugh at your term for a person's bottom----"sit me down". I'd never run across that one. My grandmother always referred to it as her rannacazanna----that's just a guess at the spelling. And a babysitter for our son called it rinktumdiddy----also my spelling.
SvarSlettI often come to your blog and enjoy seeing your pics of the landscape around your area.
